About the role

This is a remote position.

Schedule - Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM - 40hrs per week/ 1 hr unpaid lunch

Awards Management
  • Qualify hotels and resorts for awards by assessing submissions against established judging criteria, ensuring all selected winners meet the program’s standards for excellence.

  • Manage the end-to-end awards process, including tracking applications, coordinating with judges, and verifying eligibility.

Winner Communications & Publicity

  • Publish engaging write-ups and features about award-winning hotels and resorts on company websites to highlight their achievements and drive visibility.

  • Draft and send personalized award notification emails to winning hotels and resorts, ensuring timely and professional communication.

  • Address recipient questions and concerns promptly, offering tailored solutions and promotional upgrades such as trophies, plaques, and enhanced publicity packages.

AI-Assisted Communication

  • Utilize large language models (LLMs) to draft customized correspondence, including award notifications and promotional messages, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and engagement.

Promotional Campaigns

  • Implement and manage email templates and automated sequences to promote award upgrades and additional services, ensuring alignment with company branding and messaging.

Public Relations Writing

  • Create compelling press releases to announce award winners and program updates, targeting industry leads and media outlets for maximum exposure.

CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, applicants, and winners within the CRM system.

  • Track all interactions, manage contact information, and ensure data integrity to support ongoing marketing efforts and relationship building.

Administrative Support & Reporting

  • Perform a variety of general administrative tasks, including scheduling, document management, and internal communications.

  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on awards program status, campaign performance, and other key metrics for review by the COO and CEO.

  • Support the COO and CEO with special projects, data analysis, and other administrative duties as assigned.
