PeopleSoft Project Manager

<p><strong>Astute Business Solutions</strong> is an Oracle Cloud Partner and a consulting firm specializing in PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, and Ellucian Banner, headquartered in Dublin, CA. We are seeking a qualified candidate for the following <strong>full-time</strong> position:</p>

<h3><strong>Job Title: </strong>PeopleSoft Project Manager (PMP Certified)</h3>

<p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote<br />
<strong>Duration:</strong> Full-Time Employment (FTE)<br />
<strong>Travel:</strong> Occasional client visits; primarily remote work<br />
<strong>Salary Range:</strong> $135,000–$150,000 + annual bonus</p>

<h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3>

<ul>
<li>8–10 years of experience managing large, complex <strong>PeopleSoft 9.2</strong> upgrade projects, including <strong>Application</strong>, <strong>PUM</strong>, and <strong>PeopleTools upgrades</strong>.</li>
<li>Comprehensive knowledge of <strong>PeopleSoft 9.2</strong> technology, implementations, upgrades, customizations, and configurations, with operational management experience.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience in project management for PeopleSoft 9.2.</li>
<li><strong>Techno-functional</strong> experience with FSCM, HCM, and CS 9.2 is a plus.</li>
<li>Proven expertise in <strong>on-premises migrations to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)</strong> is <strong>required</strong>.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in <strong>Computers, IT, HR, or Business</strong> with a <strong>PMP certification</strong>.</li>
<li>Strong skills in project planning, baseline creation, budgeting, change management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.</li>
<li>Exceptional problem-solving abilities, leadership, and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li><strong>Preferred:</strong> Experience in successfully implementing <strong>Shared Services</strong>.</li>
<li>Prior experience in leading and supporting <strong>Managed Service projects</strong> and ensuring compliance with <strong>SLAs</strong>.</li>

<h3><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></h3>

<ul>
<li>Oversee the <strong>full lifecycle management</strong> of PeopleSoft FSCM, HCM, and Campus Solutions projects.</li>
<li>Manage <strong>Shared Services Program</strong> for technology implementations and integrations.</li>
<li>Coordinate with team leads for technical workstreams.</li>
<li>Provide regular <strong>status updates</strong> and accomplishments reports to management.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the <strong>Configuration and Change Manager</strong> to streamline processes.</li>
<li>Contribute to the development of new processes, procedures, and decision-making.</li>
<li>Track and resolve issues related to upgrades, including root cause analysis and resolution management.</li>
