Role: Junior Graphic & Web Designer (Contractor)

💵 Rate: $40–$60 /hr (or project-based at our discretion)

What You’ll Do

• Design marketing assets: Create on-brand graphics for web, email, and social channels (banners, ads, icons, etc.).
  
  
• Build and maintain landing pages: Implement and update pages exclusively in Webflow or Framer—no hand-offs.
  
  
• Evolve our style guide: Expand and document brand colors, typography, and UI components.
  
  
• Iterate rapidly: Incorporate feedback and deliver polished visuals on tight timelines.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years’ experience in graphic design with mandatory Webflow or Framer proficiency.
  
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing polished digital design (ads, web mockups, social graphics).
  
  
• Expert in Figma (or equivalent).
  
  
• Detail-oriented with exceptional taste and design sensibility.
  
  
• Fast-moving: Thrives under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
  
  
• Collaborative communicator: Clear, proactive, and receptive to feedback.
