We are looking for a Production Technician to join our team in Florida. As a Production Technician, you will assemble small components and sub-assemblies to create a larger top-level part in accordance with work instructions and blueprints, for release to customers in accordance with internal and external quality requirements.

Full-time 40 hours per week with overtime available. Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Excellent benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, AFLAC, and PTO.
Pay range: $18 per hour
Responsibilities
- Aligns material and assembles parts to build more complex units using tools and machinery
- Review samples, drawings, or work instructions to understand the specification of output and ensure output is of the highest quality
- Inspects parts with precision and measuring tools while following Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP)
- Complies with safety, security, and quality management system requirements to ensure quality and timely customer delivery
- Other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to read and analyze drawings
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems/issues
- Mechanically inclined. Must be able to use tools and machinery
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Weight lift requirement 40 lbs
Advantage
- Higher degree from technical school
- Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO9001 standards
- Aerospace or similar manufacturing background strongly desired
- Good understanding of quality control principles
- 1 year of experience
