Kitchen Manager Needed for School Food Service

Kitchen Manager needed for School Food Service in the Bernardsville, NJ area. Monday through Friday, day shift, 7.5 hours daily. No weekends or holidays. Summers off!

K-12 experience is a plus. Must be able to obtain proper documentation to work in schools. Comfortable working in a fast paced, team setting.

Duties to include:

• Over seeing kitchen operations.
• Following recipes according to the guidelines of the NSLP.
• Food preparation, cooking.
• Observe that the quality, and food safety procedures are being followed at all times.
• Enforce that the use of personal protective equipment is in use at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness.
• Oversee kitchen staff, and staffing needs.
