About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition and Development Manager part of People & Culture team, being responsible for designing and executing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent while ensuring the continuous professional growth of employees. The role bridges recruitment and learning & development, supporting the organization’s long-term talent strategy and building a high-performing, engaged workforce. The role reports to Chief People & Culture Officer.
Key accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from workforce planning to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-caliber candidates.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and other talent pipelines.
- Optimize employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs to ensure process efficiency.
- Manage and oversee the performance management cycle, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct training needs analysis and design and delivering learning & development programs aligned with business goals.
- Implement leadership development and talent management frameworks.
- Facilitate onboarding, mentoring, and continuous learning initiatives.
- Partner with managers and employees to support career development and internal mobility.
- Lead and oversee the performance management cycle, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Champion employee experience by designing and delivering initiatives that foster engagement, belonging, and growth throughout the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master degree preferred).
- Min 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and development with proven leadership skills and a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results.
- Experience in HR CoEs (Talent, L&D, EB etc) and strong understanding of HR disciplines.
- Experience with talent management frameworks, assessment tools and career development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and coaching skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and departments to achieve common goals.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics to inform talent strategies.
- Very good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changes.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Ability to leverage technology to streamline talent processes and improve efficiency with strong knowledge of recruitment technologies and learning platforms.
- Proficient command of Greek and English (written and verbal).
- PC literacy (MS Office etc).
