This role is an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on experience in paid search, working across high-volume Google Ads accounts to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and return on ad spend (ROAS). You will play a key role in campaign delivery, reporting, and optimisation while developing your knowledge of paid search best practices in a fast-paced retail environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Support the setup, management, and optimisation of paid search campaigns across Google Ads.</p><p>• Assist with campaign builds, ad copy updates, and asset uploads.</p><p>• Complete daily account health checks to ensure campaigns are delivering efficiently and identify any issues.</p><p>• Support the implementation of promotional updates, seasonal campaigns, and product launches across multiple brands. </p><p>• Monitor campaign performance and identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.</p><p>• Assist with bid adjustments, budget pacing, and optimisation tasks to help improve campaign performance.</p><p>• Support the analysis of campaign data to identify opportunities to improve ROAS, traffic, and conversions.</p><p>• Help maintain efficient budget delivery across multiple accounts. </p><p>• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports.</p><p>• Assist in analysing campaign performance and preparing insights for the wider team.</p><p>• Ensure reporting is accurate, up to date, and shared with relevant stakeholders.</p><p>• Support tracking validation and help maintain accurate campaign measurement.</p><p>• Assist with creating and updating ad copy, ad extensions, and campaign assets.</p><p>• Work closely with design, trading, and digital teams to ensure campaigns align with promotions, product launches, and wider marketing activity.</p><p>• Support A/B testing of ad copy and campaign variations to drive continuous improvement. </p><p>• Keep up to date with the latest PPC trends, Google Ads features, and performance marketing best practices.</p><p>• Support the team in testing new campaign features, automation, and platform betas.</p><p>• Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve campaign performance and processes.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>• Previous experience in digital marketing, PPC, or eCommerce is desirable but not essential (including internships, placements, or relevant university projects).</p><p>• A strong interest in performance marketing and paid search, with a desire to build a career in digital marketing.</p><p>• Basic understanding of Google Ads is advantageous.</p><p>• Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.</p><p>• Comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets.</p><p>• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.</p><p>• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, develop, and take on new challenges.</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Along with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues: </p><p><strong>Frasers Champion -</strong> Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
