Job Description:

Responsible for supporting leadership with planning strategic objectives and translating business objectives into Human Resources strategies that drive business results. Ensures talent needs and concerns and organizational effectiveness is addressed. Enhances HR practices that allow the Company to attract, develop, reward, and retain talent. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management

What You’ll Do

• Support leadership with planning strategic objectives and translating business objectives into Human Resources strategies that drive business results.

• Ensure talent needs and concerns and organizational effectiveness is addressed.

• Enhance HR practices that allow the Company to attract, develop, reward, and retain talent.

How You’ll Do It

• Partner with the business to define goals and objectives. Develop and implement HR strategies to support business plans including workforce plan and talent strategies.

• Consult with business leadership in the identification, development, assessment, and management of talent.

• Support the business with change management and organizational redesign efforts.

• Design and implement HR solutions to solve strategic business challenges.

• Manage meetings and events to align organization, drive work, and address obstacles.

• Drive prioritization of work considering cost-benefit analyses and capacity constraints to best utilize resources.

• Lead strategic initiatives including process improvements, talent, employee engagement and succession planning.

Qualifications You’ll Need

The Basics

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 8+ years of experience in HR Consulting, Operations, General Business Management, HR Business Partner, Talent Management, or related field

• In lieu of education, 15+ years of experience in HR Consulting, HR Business Partner, Talent Management, Strategy, or related field

Bonus Points If You Have

• Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in Consulting with Executive or Senior Leadership

• PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,000.00 to $174,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
