Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as primary liaison between BUs and Fulfillment Operations to synthesize different requirements and changes and translate into strategic initiatives/projects to support the BU’s growth strategy and operating plan
  • Build complex and creative quantitative models through the use of payback analysis, sensitivity analysis, what-if analysis, ROI analysis, etc. to estimate impact of alternative fulfillment alternatives to total supply chain cost and cycle time
  • Considering QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) as well as qualitative factors, provide recommendations to senior management and devise project plan to support or lead implementation
  • Interface heavily with cross-functional teams in Operations, Legal, Tax, Finance, Engineering, and BU as needed
  • Manage closely cost and LT metrics for strategic accounts and work cross-functionally and globally for continuous improvement
  • Proactively identify opportunities and lead efforts to streamline internal processes, reduce supply chain costs, and improve customer service level
  • Plan and lead bi-annual strategy meeting between retail BU and operations; Manage retail-ops strategy roadmap through completion
  • Lead analytical as well as implementation efforts for high visibility and strategic projects/initiatives across fulfillment organization

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Master’s degree in a quantitative field (preferably in supply chain/operations management)
  • Experienced with building complex quantitative models using Excel with varying inputs/scenarios
  • Proven experiences in leading, owning, and managing large cross-functional projects
