You will work closely with DD&T’s Product Lead and business stakeholders to understand their strategic imperatives and translate them into integrated product roadmaps that define how DD&T can enable their functional strategies. You will lead product initiatives within the Takeda portfolio and may lead multiple product owners in an effort to promote a unified vision. You will partner with US and Global OBU Patient Value & Access teams to shape and deliver the broader Data, Digital & Technology strategy and agenda.

This role sits within the OBU & USBU DD&T organization and reports to the Head of Patient Services, Access & Medical Capabilities, USBU & OBU Data, Digital & Technology (DD&T).

How you will contribute:

  • Lead the strategy, design, development, and launch of complex CRM products, including hybrid hub and vendor-supported workflows.

  • Develop and maintain product vision, roadmap, priorities, scope, requirements, features, acceptance criteria, expected outcomes, and value measures in partnership with OBU business stakeholders and cross-functional DD&T teams.

  • Support prioritization and planning discussions by evaluating trade-offs, dependencies, risks, timelines, business impact, and value realization.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations regarding product priorities, delivery timelines, constraints, decisions, and outcomes.

  • Lead and guide Product Owners to ensure delivery is coordinated, usable, and aligned to shared product, platform, and business objectives.

  • Foster a product culture grounded in customer-centric thinking, transparency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Act as the content authority for product features and support Agile Release Train planning, delivery alignment, system demos, and inspect-and-adapt activities.

  • Proactively understand business and technology needs across OBU Patient Services, Medical, Value Access, and Market Access, and help shape DD&T priorities.
