About the role:

We know our people are essential to Cybereason’s success and so we want a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our EMEA People Team, to help bring in top talent as the business continues to grow!

The right person for this role is detail-obsessed, a creative thinker, energetic, and thrives in a collaborative, rapidly evolving environment.  You will source for positions right across EMEA and touch on all business units, including sales, G&A and engineering. You will gain invaluable experience in the technology industry and really grow your career in an exciting company!

The main responsibilities include;

• Identify, attract, and assist in the recruiting of new and top talent to efficiently meet our dynamic business needs

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify the best candidates using job boards and LinkedIn, as well as advanced sourcing techniques where you can find candidate profiles throughout the internet 

• Understand the candidate journey and the moments that matter to ensure best in class experiences

• Create and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

• Focus on continuous improvement and make suggestions to improve the talent acquisition process, policies and strategy

• Act as a partner to the business in identifying the right talent   

• Network externally for referrals and keep  up-to-date on branding trends  

• Meet and exceed annual and monthly diversity sourcing objectives in terms of candidate outreach and hires

• Have a strong focus on diversity and inclusion and connect with local and national diversity associations and organisations for active and passive referrals

• Support the Talent Acquisition and HR team with projects on an ad-hoc basis

What you will bring to the table:

• Minimum 2 years in a sourcing or a recruitment role, ideally in the technology sector

• Experience using an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter

• Ambition to progress successfully in a career in I.T recruitment in an exciting and ever-changing environment

• Drives collaboration and builds partnerships to meet shared objectives 

• Excellent communication skills 

• You are creative and process-driven; you’re constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently

• Demonstrates a thirst for knowledge with a desire to continually learn and grow 

• An analytical mind-set with the ability to develop creative insights and execute change 

• Intelligence and an aptitude to learn quickly 

• An entrepreneurial spirit - we have a lot to build!

• Strong self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
