INLF06 Warehouse Lead

1. Purpose and Scope

 

PURPOSE:

 

The purpose of this job description defines the minimum requirements to complete the job responsibilities for the Warehouse Lead.

 

SCOPE:

 

This applies to the position of the Warehouse Lead. The following functions must be met by the Shipping Clerk on a timely basis to comply with the minimum requirements of the Warehouse Lead position.

 

• Execute and secure shipping booking process:         
  • truck load on time,     
  • process Customer ASN,        
  • packaging,
  • Documentation,         
  • timely and accurate booking into ERP,         
  • resolve and report discrepancies        
• Track truck filling rate and propose improvement actions.   
• Time windows respect.          
• Shipping docks occupation & optimization follow up.         

Inputs in Customer / 3rd Party B2B portals (packaging...).

 

1. Additional Experience, Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities

 

• Demonstrated exceptional people management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs
• At least 1-2 years of Clerk Experience   
• Automotive plant experience desired, but not required
• Physical demands require standing, working in manufacturing plant environment 50% of the time, occasional lifting, bending, reaching, stooping, wearing safety glasses and other required personal protection equipment
