The Opportunity
Are you ready to lead a skilled technical team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Join us at Hitachi Energy at our Jefferson City, MO factory as a Maintenance Supervisor supporting our distribution transformer operations. In this role, you’ll guide a team of maintenance technicians, drive equipment reliability, and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth production. You’ll be at the heart of operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians.

• Coordinate daily maintenance activities across operations, safety, and engineering.

• Ensure safe work practices and maintain a clean, compliant work environment.

• Track and manage work orders and preventive maintenance in SAP (CMMS).

• Drive rapid problem-solving and implement sustainable solutions.

• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

• Manage inventory of critical parts and tools.

• Support budgeting, labor planning, and capital projects.

Your Background

• 5= years of relevant maintenance experience.

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.

• Experience with high-performance teams and continuous improvement systems.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and across shifts, including weekends.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
