Job Description
AECOM is seeking an Administrative Assistant to be based in our Seattle, WA office.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provides general and project administrative support to one or more managers and multiple projects within a group, office or business unit including some of or all of the following: prepares or proofs correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, or documents, schedules meetings, makes travel arrangements, prepares expense reports, and reviews emails for actions.
- Manages correspondence with clients, external consultants, and internal discipline leads.
- Creates, reviews, and manages reports, documentation, and spreadsheets.
- Develops and updates logs, and project records (project file) following established procedures.
- Assists with review of invoices and maintaining billing rate records.
- Prepares and reviews meeting agendas and minutes, and coordinates between leaders within multiple offices for meetings and project reviews.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the architecture, engineering, design and consulting fields.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Uses Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other programs to accomplish work.
- Works under general supervision.
- Able to work normal business hours in the office a minimum of three days per week. This is not a fully remote position.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- High school and 4+ years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 2+ years of relevant experience in a professional office environment.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of traditional office equipment).
- Proficiency with MS Office software (Oulook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, assigned by various team members .
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Work experience in consulting industry.
- Ability to thrive in an office team environment
