Capital One’s Brand Digital Enterprise Strategy team is looking for a Senior Associate to develop creative assets and execute marketing campaigns that drive customer feature adoption and usage. This role will be responsible for translating audience insights into marketing plans, influencing and building testing agendas, and collaborating with partners to execute performance marketing campaigns across owned channels.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner closely with the product team to develop a detailed understanding of Capital One’s consumer digital payment features

  • Execute marketing plans via direct-to-customer owned channel campaigns (ex. In-app, web, and email) that drive adoption and usage of our digital payment features

  • Partner with our data and business analysis teams to measure and synthesize campaign results, gain segment insights, refine target populations, and turn learnings into actionable plans to optimize future campaign performance

  • Present results and learnings to stakeholders via well-refined communication skills

  • Recommend and implement iterative A/B testing to continually improve performance through optimized messaging, segmenting, and targeting

  • Become a subject matter expert in channel execution while continuously finding opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies

  • Support our SEO and content development program to help drive awareness and adoption of our digital tools and features. Responsibilities include: Reviewing and publishing blog article drafts, improving technical SEO elements in partnership with our Site team, analyzing and presenting SEO impact on business metrics

  • Work proactively in an agile environment and identify when to work outside the process in whitespace

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Military experience

  • At least 2 years in product, performance, or digital marketing with experience in managing multiple channels on agency or client-side 

  • At least 2 years of experience in planning, executing and analyzing marketing campaigns 

  • At least 2 years of experience managing creative processes, partnering with creative teams and developing creative optimization frameworks 


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications

  • At least 3 years of Marketing experience

  • At least 1 year developing email marketing campaigns using data and insights to drive strategy 

  • At least 1
