Job Summary

Seeking energetic, organized and upbeat Marketing Recruiters!!  Responsible for building relationships with agents all across the country via the phone.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to Health and Life insurance agents from all over the country.

• Build relationships with agents via phone and email

• Recruit agents to get contracted and produce business for various companies

• Present product information to agents in a well thought out manner

• Provide contracting and product information to complete in order to make the sale

• Assist agents with by offering the right product for their client

Primary Skills & Requirements:

• Ability to build relationships with agents via phone and email

• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to perform work independently as needed

• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with fellow team members and business partners to ensure exceptional customer service 

• Strong verbal and written communications skills

• Ability to embrace rapid change while fostering innovation

• Basic computer skills, Including Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Adobe
