About the role
<p>Do you want to help shape the operating model for how we oversee and steer 5.000 IT and business-minded colleagues through well-tested and effective processes? Do you want to engage with leadership teams and other key stakeholders? Are you looking for an opportunity to support bringing the bank’s new strategy to life? </p>
<p>We are looking for engaged and skilled colleagues to join our team, anchored in our Better Ways of Working CoE who is responsible for our overall agile operating model across the bank. We are situated in Transformation & Strategy in the Technology & Services organisation.</p>
<p><strong>Transformation consultants with a drive for success</strong></p>
<p>You will become a part of a newly established team mandated to support the overseeing of our agile operating model. This includes how our development teams across the bank are maturing and developing, how we are ramping up and monitoring if our teams are living up to the design principles and criteria for efficient agile execution. We´ll be collaborating with stakeholders across the bank as well as many of our different Tribes and Domain teams, giving you a broad understanding of how such a large bank is coordinating and aligning efforts to ensure the success of our overall strategy. </p>
<p>More concretely, we´ll monitor, refine and mature frameworks and guidelines for Danske Bank to make sure that we always have the most efficient organisation. As part of defining and guiding how the development organisation works, we collaborate closely with Group Strategy around insights on strategic steering and are furthermore closely connected to the work of our agile coaches that enable the transformational changes needed in the organisation. In addition, we are preparing and facilitating various stakeholder session enabling alignment and implementation of changes.</p>
<p>From day one you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Be assigned to tasks and project requiring data analysis, project management, facilitation and communication skills</li>
<li>Produce material and ensure high quality products, structured processes and constantly look for solutions for improvement</li>
<li>Collaborate, establish working relationships and participate in meetings and work streams with stakeholders and leadership to ensure effective and timely deliveries</li>
<li>Handle ad-hoc and other tasks related to the project</li>
<li>Take part in common initiatives & events contributing to team well-being</li>
</ul>
<p>As we are a newly formed team in a ramp-up phase you will play a key role in shaping our team, ways of working and scope. Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.</p>

<p>You work well in a transformation environment where we have high expectations for the agile organisation. You are driven by stakeholder interactions and influence, and you are able to apply an analytical and strategic mind-set to problem solving and project management. </p>
<p>To grow in our team, you will require stakeholder management and facilitation skills as well as the ability to work with colleagues at all levels. Furthermore, you need to be able to apply a data-driven approach to decision making and strategic steering.</p>
<p>Specifically, we are looking for:</p>
<ul>
<li>A proven track record working with projects, data analysis and stakeholder engagements</li>
<li>Attention to detail and willingness to learn continuously</li>
<li>Highly organized, ability to set priorities, and willingness to handle tasks and projects through to a successful conclusion</li>
<li>Good analytical, and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work under uncertainty in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Effective team player with a high work ethic</li>
<li>Advanced English skills – both oral and written</li>
<li>Skills in MS Office suite, primarily PowerPoint and EXCEL, is needed. Experiences or willingness to learn other data analytics tools would be beneficial (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau).</li>
