Customer Care Assistant

Role Overview: 

Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Customer Care Assistant working within our Inbound Call team, based in Denmark.

Acting as the primary interface between our internal and external customers you will be the first point of contact for customers based in Sweden, acting in a swift and calm manner to correct and support with issues

On a typical day you will: 

• Manage inbound calls from people reporting a trapped passenger, breakdown or technical issue with their equipment as well as customers that have a general query.

• Capture and update all information needed to dispatch a technician in the CRM

• Receive general queries and forward to the appropriate counterpart for follow-up

What You Will Need to be Successful: 

• Bi-lingual, able to speak and understand Danish, Swedish and English.

• Customer-centric mindset, taking ownership of customers issues and showing empathy.

• Resilience in handling stressful situations and ability to solve problems

• Confidence in using multiple systems
