Role Summary

The National Early Careers Lead oversees Talent Acquisition Processes and Operations for Early Career and Internship programs, establishing Early Careers strategy and ensuring consistent implementation across various functional and geographic business units. This position partners with Operations leadership, Regional HR Directors, and other areas of HR to provide a streamlined end-to-end recruiting experience to a high-volume campus program. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision and values of JE Dunn.

Key Role Responsibilities - Core

TALENT ACCQUISITION ENABLEMENT FAMILY – CORE

  • Oversees recruiting operations for a high-volume internship and campus program to meet both business needs and support organizational culture. Mentors and develops recruiters supporting different functional areas.
  • Acts as subject matter expert and partner for business leaders, developing collaborative partnerships to improve talent acquisition operations within the Early Career Program.
  • Defines and builds the national Early Careers Talent Acquisition strategy across regions or multiple business units, ensuring alignment with national goals and operations best practices
  • Acts as thought partner for Regional HR Director and Operations Leaders on talent attraction strategy and best practice, implementing revisions on recruiting tactics if needed
  • Monitors the Talent Acquisition effectiveness of assigned team, monitoring team capacity and implementing revisions if needed
  • Collaborates with HR Business Partners, hiring managers and Business Leaders to drive and optimize talent processes across internship and Early Careers programs
  • Utilizes external and internal data, including company reporting and dashboards to inform recommendations and insights for stakeholders 
  • Markets the organization and employee benefits to candidates to position the organization as an employer of choice
  • Influences hiring teams to adopt the organization’s hiring best practices and resources
  • Maintains awareness of current hiring trends, competitor information and employment market conditions
  • Proactively maintains awareness of business initiatives and large-scale projects to align Early Career operations with emerging business needs
  • Ensures compliance with applicable regulations and laws within area of responsibility

FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY

  • Assumes responsibility for day-to-day financial management of assigned scope of responsibility by understanding the budget process, accurately forecasting and limiting month-to-month fluctuations.
  • Maintains fiscal records and follows procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  • Understands business plan and manages financial goals.
  • Makes operational decisions in light of broader financial goals and constraints.
