We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our Houston team. This role involves managing a variety of IT systems and applications, ensuring their smooth operation and security. The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple administrative roles and be capable of handling desk side duties as well. This role is based at one of our client locations in Sugarland, TX.

A Day in the Life:

• Perform desk side duties, providing direct support to users (50% of the role).
• Package software, manage users and systems, configure policies in Intune
• Oversee and manage Office 365 environment.
• Administer Adobe Pro software.
• Manage users and machines in Azure Active Directory.
• Manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) system.
• Administer email filter system.
• Oversee print management systems.
• Review and prepare monthly tickets for meetings with Managed Service Providers (MSP).
• Manage users and setup, and manage VOIP phones.
• Administer Goto Resolve system.
• Manage Sophos security solutions.
• Administer camera, gate, and door access systems (Brivio and Verkada, nice to have)
• Lead special projects as needed.

What You Bring:

• 3+ Years of experience in an IT systems administration technology role.
• Experience in the following: Intune, Office 365, Adobe Pro, Azure AD, Brivio, Verkada, Threat Locker, Check Point, and Sophos.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
