Position Summary...
The Director, Belonging will lead the governance and strategic execution of community programming, the Belonging Summit, and cross-functional collaboration across communities and international markets. This role also provides critical support to the President’s Belonging Council (PBC). With a broad view across the Belonging landscape, this leader will drive innovation, define scalable processes, and champion adoption of best practices. They will develop change management strategies tailored to community needs, advocate for tools and processes that enhance efficiency, and ensure support for the intersectional experiences of all associates.What you'll do...
Lead a cross-functional and intersectional committee to develop project plans, manage logistics, and execute the Belonging Summit in partnership with Corporate Affairs, Communications, and other key stakeholders.
Track and measure the effectiveness of communities, including implementing new methods to assess membership, engagement, and associate satisfaction.
Identify and prioritize opportunities to streamline community practices and procedures, driving process improvements across the enterprise.
Facilitate collaboration across international markets to align with Belonging Principles and promote a consistent, inclusive experience globally.
Oversee communication channels for toolkits and resources, and lead the Belonging workstream to amplify activities across the business.
Lead the monthly “Belonging Across the Enterprise” meeting, including agenda development and facilitation.
Support the quarterly agenda and planning for the President’s Belonging Council.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Belonging, staying current on trends, insights, and strategies through internal data and external partnerships.
Design for Belonging by recommending actions to assess and improve internal experiences, and partner with teams to drive process innovation that fosters belonging.
