ASKY - PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER

POSITION: TEAM LEADER – 2ND SHIFT
Supervise and coordinate day to day activities of the assigned production team in assembly and testing of tubing components. Meet daily production schedule and quality requirements. Conduct problem solving for continuous improvement. Work with production associates to improve morale and employee relations in the department.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
18 YEARS OF AGE
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum 6 months of service as an ASKY Sud-Leader, or two years of supervisory experience.
Experience with production work is preferred
Ability to accurately complete all paperwork
Ability to provide supervision, direction, coaching and leadership
Ability to resolve conflict
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
