Responsibilities

The Senior Contract Manufacturing Manager, Operations is responsible for developing and managing relationships with contract manufacturing partner(s) to support Mainspring's growth in manufacturing volume and production. The role involves sourcing, qualifying and developing a cost-effective partner, executing commercial agreements, and developing long-term strategies to improve the partnership. This role will also be responsible for ensuring manufacturing performance, cost objectives, capacity and quality goals are met or exceeded.

In partnership with cross-functional teams, this role will create an efficient and innovative supply chain that delivers cost reduction, long term business continuity, compliance, and working capital improvements. They will also lead projects to improve the CM’s financial planning, tracking, and control processes. Additionally, the Manager will provide support for financial analyses and decision-making related to capital investments, pricing, contract negotiations, inventory/working capital and other significant cash and cost elements.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contract manufacturer(s) to drive supply chain strategy, ensure efficient and cost-effective production and meet future growth.

• Lead budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for your areas of responsibility.
