We are looking for an hard-working and dedicated individual with a passion for content creation and communication to join our Product Education team. The Product Education Associate will be responsible making Contentsquare’s products easy to use by crafting engaging training content for multiple audiences.
On a typical day you might: Plan, develop, organize, write and edit technical documentation of our platform, methodology, new features, and use cases for our client audienceMeet with Product Managers, Product Marketing, and Knowledge Management on new features coming within assigned product lines.Create tutorials, step-by-step instructions, and scenarios for E-Learning training courses and our Help Center guides.Deliver a consistent and cohesive voice across all Contentsquare content and documentation.Analyze feedback and prioritize content updates.Assist in planning and implementing enterprise level E-Learning solutions for our wide portfolio of clients.Partner with the translation team to ensure content is available for our global audience.
What you'll need to succeed: Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.Adept at communicating technical concepts clearly and precisely.Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Independence in carrying out assigned tasks.Proficiency working with Slack and Google Suite.Creative, empathetic, collaborative, optimistic, and curious.
Nice to have : Experience working with Learning Management Systems, Content Authoring Solutions, and Zendesk Guides.Fluency in a second language.Why you should join Contentsquare:
