You will also deputise for the Branch Manager when they are undertaking field activities / annual leave.</span></p><p> </p><p><span><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></span></p><p><span>•</span><span> </span><span>Support the Branch manager in managing all aspects of the Branch Sales Office, proactively promoting a One Stop AXA Shop for all Retail and (segmented) Commercial Insurance, to deliver key objectives as set out in the Branch business activity plan.</span></p><p><span>•</span><span> </span><span>Play a key role in driving branch profitability and sustainability, with strong premium and PIF local market growth, through a highly visible and local, market and community presence.</span></p><p><span>•</span><span> </span><span>Deliver a professional, sales focused ‘face to face’ customer experience, ensuring the branch is fully optimised within the locality, to engage, acquire and retain customers.</span></p><p><span>•</span><span> </span><span>Deliver technical training &amp; coaching in order to support branch managers and staff to reduce leakage &amp; risk acceptance issues.</span></p><p><span>•</span><span> </span><span>Support full resource utilisation through a combination of footfall, inbound and outbound telephony, together with fulfilment activity.</span></p><p><span>•</span><span> </span><span>Ensure maximum value is realised from every customer engagement through full cross sell and upsell optimization.</span></p><p><span>•</span><span> </span><span>Promote simplification and facilitate self-service, customer-first convenience, with a ‘human touch’ approach and support within the local community, eliminating inefficient, non-value branch activities.</span></p><p><span>•</span><span> </span><span>Supporting Branch Growth by developing trusted and sustainable relationships through proactive business, community, and affinity engagement.</span></p><p><span>•</span><span> </span><span>Assist the Br
