Job Summary
This strategic leadership role oversees the Hybrid Fiber Coax (HFC) desk, driving transformational change and operational excellence to the Company. Demonstrates agility to navigate shifting priorities to deliver results for a variety of internal and external constituencies. Requires cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders across the organization to deliver business solutions and operational proposals. Key contributor to the development of the organization's strategic direction and team culture by guiding complex objectives. Interprets business forecasts and develops organizational objectives to align with this strategy. Typically manages multiple teams of frontline and professional employees.Please note: this position is 4 days in office, at the listed location, and 1 day remote weekly
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Directs the Excellence in Operations (XOCs) strategic planning and execution efforts focused on the outside plant.
- Identifies and solves complex business improvements and recommends value added solutions to include strategic planning.
- Integrates business solutions with technology innovations.
- Manages large-scale process improvement programs, including logistics planning, scheduling, communications, and change management.
- Reviews industry trends in utility operations including advances in technology and the resulting impact on managing business.
- Creates business operations capability, leveraging shared support groups.
- Develops a pipeline of technical expertise that will be required to meet long-term business goals.
- Consistently exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Maintains and controls confidential documentation.
- Running a 24/7 NOC environment, along with being available 24/7.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Primary Location Pay Range: $152,672.75 - $229,009.13Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
