Thriving Grant County Off Campus Work Study

The purpose of this position is to support the work of Thriving through assistance with programming and project management of community-level collaboration to further our mission of supporting families and reducing poverty in Mill Township and Grant County. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist with the roll out of a food rescue app which will connect community services with volunteers who will deliver rescued food

· Assist with our Hunger Banquet in September, helping with admin, set up, participant follow-up, etc.

· Attend community meetings with staff members to understand the broad array of services and efforts in the community

· Help with data tracking for programs and assist with analyzing needs or changes in programming based on data

Work with team members to complete a grant application during internship

General Qualifications:

· Completed FAFSA on file demonstrating financial need; and

· Maintain an aid-eligible Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) status; and

· Maintain a minimum of 1 credit hour of enrollment in eligible courses; OR

· Be enrolled in a minimum of 1 credit hour in the upcoming term
