Your job
We are looking for a dedicated Junior Sales Controller to join our team in Sweden. You will be a part of the Nordic Sales Controlling team, which consists of 11 Sales Controllers spread across our Nordic locations. Our Finance organization is fast-moving and professional, but with an informal and collegial tone. People are our greatest asset and teamwork is key to our success. In this role, you will be able to create a large network across global functions and the local organization. In periods, the work pace is high, but we always have fun together and it is important for us to ensure a good balance between work life and private life.
As Sales Controller, you will be a Co-pilot to both to the commercial organization and the finance community, supporting and analyzing the daily operations to drive profitable growth. You will support decision-making with your financial viewpoints and translating these to the commercial organization is key in this role.
This position is based at our Swedish HQ in Helsingborg and will report to the Sales controller manager in Sweden.
Your overall responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of monthly forecasting and financial presentations for sales meetings
- Involvement in business cases and support the commercial organization in decision making.
- Ownership of maintaining pricing framework
- Optimizing and challenging status quo on current ways of working and processes.
- Analysis and support to ensure profitable growth at the customer level, addressing vital elements in the value chain i.e., what we sell, to whom and when.
- Support promotion evaluation process to maximize the return on investment on trade spend.
- Ad hoc analyses
- Monthly reporting internally and to headquarters
- Actively engage with the Sales Controlling team (located in different countries) to achieve the team’s common objectives, build skills, and continuously improve ways of working.

Qualifications:
- University degree within Finance, Business administration or similar field
- You are an experienced user of Excel, Power Point (advantage) and MS Office in general.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English
- SAP & BW and/or PowerBI knowledge will be seen as an advantage but not a requirement.
