Your Responsibilities as an In-Home Sales Consultant

• Sales & Closing: Conduct in-home consultations, present flooring options, and close deals effectively.
• Networking & Business Development: Build strategic partnerships with realtors, interior designers, contractors, and past clients to generate referrals.
• Customer Relationship Management: Establish long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
• Process Execution: Utilize company-provided sales tools (tablet/laptop) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Install Manager to ensure a smooth installation process and satisfied clients.

What We Look For

• Sales Expertise: 3-5+ years of in-home/outside sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Networking Proficiency: Ability to build referral networks and leverage past client relationships for continued business.
• Closing Skills: Confident and persuasive, with strong negotiation and follow-through abilities.
• Industry Knowledge: Flooring preferred, but construction or design backgrounds are also valuable.
• Detail-Oriented & Organized: Ability to manage multiple clients and projects seamlessly.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and sales technology.
• Availability: Must be open to working evenings and weekends for maximum earning potential.
• Valid Driver’s License: Required to operate the company van.
