Job Description<p><span>Fresenius Medical Care is a global leader in healthcare with a dedicated focus on providing high-quality services to patients worldwide. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Compensation and Benefits Analyst to oversee compensation and benefits activities for a cluster of EMEA countries. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our compensation and benefits programs, while also supporting HR shared services and GBS teams.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Handle and manage day-to-day operations of compensation and benefit programs, ensuring they are implemented accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Analyze market data to maintain competitive pay practices and make informed total rewards decisions.</li><li>Evaluate roles to determine appropriate leveling and compensation structures ensuring global alignment with our global job architecture.</li><li>Ensure all insurance plans and benefit programs are effectively communicated and administered.</li><li>Provide support to Leaders, HR, and Total Rewards Business Partners on compensation-related inquiries and issues aligned to service level agreements.</li><li>Approve transactions within the Workday and process inquiries through the company’s ticketing system.</li><li>Serve as the escalation point for complex compensation and benefit issues that cannot be resolved via Tier 1 support.</li><li>Apply relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure all compensation and benefit practices are compliant.</li><li>Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local regulations and company policies.</li><li>Participate in audits and ensure accurate record keeping.</li><li>Oversee the payment process to ensure all vendors are paid accurately and timely.</li><li>Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of current compensation and benefits programs.</li><li>Run and analyze Workday total rewards data in auditing for any discrepancies and look for opportunities to minimize deficiencies.</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of compensation operations.</li><li>Assist with training initiatives by creating presentations and delivering them to relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Support the processing of local incentive bonus plans, allowances, and one-time payments in collaboration with HR Operations along with the Compensation Service Delivery Management (SDM) team.</li></ul><p><b>Key Qualifications</b></p><p><b>Minimum Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Experience of 3 to 4 years of compensation and benefits experience (multi-country is a plus)</li><li>Minimum of 3 years working with an HRIS and ticketing system</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.</li><li>Strong understanding of Total Rewards programs and practices.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules, ability to work within Excel with VLOOKUP/Pivots.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li><b>Languages</b>: Fluent in English (additional language preferred German, Spanish, French, Italian)</li><li><b>Cultural Awareness</b>: Demonstrated understanding of working in diverse cultural environments.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).</li><li>Utilization of compensation management software in global grading/evaluation.</li><li>Knowledge of global compensation practices.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Why Fresenius Medical Care</b>:</p><p>Be part of a global leader in healthcare dedicated to improving the lives of patients worldwide.</p><ul><li>Opportunity to work in a collaborative and inclusive environment.</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation.</li><li>Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities.</li></ul><p></p><p>Fresenius Medical Care is an equal opportunity employer.
