Database Marketing Coordinator

Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will produce data and lists that are relevant to direct marketing and promotional programming and for creating all necessary offers and promotions in the player and guest management systems.

Schedule: Thursday-Monday, 1:30PM to 10:00PM 

Off work on Tuesday & Wednesday

Primary Tasks:

1. You will program all promotions and Direct Marketing Campaigns in OASIS, Loyalty and Kiosk software (or other systems).

2. Build groups related to promotions and offers in the appropriate marketing system.

3. Extract mailing lists and coordinate mailing activities with direct marketing 3rd party vendors.

4. Review customer communications for variable data accuracy.

5. You will extract qualified patron lists for promotions.

6. Consult with casino site marketing teams to ensure accuracy, feasibility and execution of promotions and offers.

7. Trouble-shoot issues with drawing clients and group setup.

8. Administer customer bans in the player tracking system.

9.  Aid in the verification of system setup for Promotion and Direct Marketing offerings and validates the build is configured to match the intended program structure.

10. Help publish content using Marketing systems such as CastNET, MagicInfo, JoinGo, Kiosk (or other systems).

11. Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.

 

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate degree in business, marketing and three [3] years of experience in gaming, OR five [5] years of directly related experience in lieu of education.
• Proficient in programs such as (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Knowledge of VizExplorer, InfoGenesis, Aristocrat Oasis, Opera, Loyalty, and Kiosk
• Perform data entry assignments, complete forms, documents, and written reports, analyze data and make sound recommendations
• Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Maintain organization, meet deadlines, and have integrity when handling confidential information
