We are looking for a Project Manager - Merchant Logistics Europe in Warsaw, Poland to join our Consumer Logistics Europe Team, that is reponsible to operationally plan transports and analyse logistics processes and systems in our AUTO1 Group Logistics Department. In this Department you revolutionize car transports across Europe with us. As AUTO1 Group, present in over 400 branches in 10 european countries, we are Europe's leading digital automotive platform. Our free online valuation and wide network of branches offer private vehicle owners unique services for the smooth sale of their used car.

Job Description

• Be the driving force for the growth and optimization of our European Autohero and WKDA Transport Network
• Lead Key logistics Initiatives from our european headquarters and implement them with the teams in our local markets
• Focus on the KPIs: Capacity, Lead Times and Cost
• Work closely with our Product Teams to implement processes in our Tech solutions
• In this function you will be reporting directly to our Director Consumer Logistics Europe

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English at the C1 level
• Prvious experience in consulting or within a fast-paced (Startup) environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex problems
• Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively with individuals ranging from junior team members to top executives
• Proven experience in successfully managing projects within a cross-functional, international setting

Additional Information

• Professional experience in the field of transport planning or a successfully completed degree in the field of business administration, logistics or similar
• Initial management experience desirable
• High motivation to work in a dynamic environment and to shape things yourself
• Communication skills and assertiveness
• Strong analytical skills round off your profile
• Good English skills, German at working conversational level
