Job Description

Dynatrace is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Performance Enablement to lead the strategic build and implementation of a new, dynamic, global performance experience. Through this year-long experience we seek to enable employee growth, consistent feedback conversations, and goal accountability aligning company strategy and execution. To ensure we support this effort, this role is includes partnering across teams and stakeholders in all aspects of the working including tool development and monitoring, communications, learning experiences, adoption, program operations, etc. 

This role will play a critical role in shaping the future of Performance Enablement at Dynatrace and will own this project from strategy to execution in partnership with the full Talent Development Team, including the VP of Talent Development who this role will report to. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing talent projects, a strong understanding of talent development, a practice of leveraging design thinking to build human-centered, People and Culture process, as well as excellent communication skills. 
 
Responsibilities: 
 

  • Design and implement the full year-long Performance Enablement experience for all employees in partnership with the business, leveraging design thinking tools and methodology to design prototypes, gather feedback, iterate, implement, etc.  

  • Develop project plans and timelines for all elements of the year-long Performance enablement experience (goal setting, feedback, check-ins, year-end performance reviews, calibration, etc.) 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. 

  • Partner with the global learning team to develop learning materials and facilitate employee and people leader learning sessions. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners (Business Leaders, P&C Business Partners, Global Learning, Business Systems, Change and Communications, Digital and Analytics, Total Rewards, and our Accenture consulting partners).  

  • Analyze performance data and build dashboards to identify trends and areas for improvement. 

  • Participate in User Feedback Focus groups and compile data to support a go-forward plan. 

The Sr. Program Manager should be able to:

We are looking for candidates who reside in the EST or CST timezones.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

  • 8+ years experience leading talent management, organization development and/or learning and development programs/experiences.

Preferred requirements:

  • Depth of knowledge and experience driving innovative, end-to-end talent solutions, from strategy to execution, that deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes.  

  • Ability to understand business vision and priorities and translate into programs, practices, processes, and supporting resources. 

  • Strong facilitation skills across size and type of audiences.  

  • Bonus: Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors 

  • Bonus: Experience working with People and Culture projects previously.
