The Global MR Clinical Product Leader is a key position in Imaging Fleet Solutions organization. The role provides leadership and clinical domain expertise as guidance to the product team to deliver a cutting edge, vendor agnostic, fully integrated Imaging Digital solutions for remote operations. This enables enterprise radiology organizations to solve staff shortage, reduce cost and improve operational efficiency, imaging consistency and optimize resource allocation, which frees up more time for Imaging and Radiology Directors and their teams to focus more on patient care and less around workflow disruptions and dissatisfied staff. Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
The role owns clinical features and roadmap development for remote operations and workflow solutions including remote scanning and assistance, Intelligent Protocoling and workflow, Staffing/workforce management with strong partnership and support from Product Managers and marketing. The scope covers MR clinical application as primary responsibility.
Gathers global customer inputs for new product development and evolution of existing product portfolios
Working with engineering to ensure voice of customer is included in the full design process including user and system requirements specification definitions.
Provides clinical inputs and guidance on feature grooming and design, balance and evaluate tradeoffs among customer value, GTM timing, product quality.
Responsible for the collection and tracking of customer feature requests and monitoring the backlog of requests, ensuring the product roadmap has a prioritized list of customer features that best meet the customer and business needs
Generate documentation specific to clinical applications role, as defined by quality management system deliverables
This role manages the Clinical Evaluation process and completion of the Clinical Evaluation Plan.
Support creation of messaging as well as evidence generation strategy + partnership with regions on the execution
Responsible for product demos to key account customers or clinical collaborators
Help drive adoption of novel Clinical applications globally.
Support marketing and engineering in content generation
Test and validate products to ensure high quality before they are released
Work with upstream marketing to select high quality sites for clinical evaluation.
Actively involve and engage in research collaboration, develop clinical agreements, work goals and feedback mechanisms for clinical research and usability based evaluation. Support engineering team on User Failure Mode and Effects Analysis document from clinical perspective.
Provide support and training to clinical sites and acquire feedback from the site to improve the product
Manage clinical sites even after product launch for continued customer feedback and relationships
Develop training material for Field Application Specialist, Clinical Sales Specialists and Sales Specialist. Participate/lead in the training of the specialist.
Provide support to marketing for sales tools, collaterals, provides inputs and guidance on demo use cases and demo s/w development, support customer demos and presentations at product tradeshows
Required Qualifications
Associates degree in Medical Imaging / Radiologic Technology
ARRT or country equivalent certification in MRI fields.
At least 5 years’ clinical experience with MR Scanners
Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Desired Characteristics
Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Imaging or Imaging Physics related field
Hands on experience with MRI applications acquisition and post processing
Strong quality orientation: Six Sigma Green Belt certified
Strong customer focus and adaptability to changing demands and requirements
Experience with user centered design concepts
