We are currently seeking a dedicated QC specialist to join our team and ensure the highest quality of video assets for our clients.
The QC & Delivery Executive will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the quality of video assets before they are delivered to clients or distributed across various platforms or sent to TV channels. This role involves managing TV deliveries, performing file ingests, and handling asset management tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, patient, and possess excellent time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks on video assets, identifying and addressing audio and visual issues. (Checking if files visually match masters, use our sound tool to check sound levels match the brief, etc.)
• Manage TV deliveries, including file uploads to specific platforms.
• Perform ingests by checking master files for accuracy and quality.
• Manage assets by uploading, submitting, renaming, and checking files.
• Ensure smooth delivery of video assets to clients, media, and broadcasters.
• Provide clear feedback to editing teams and producers to enhance content quality.
• Collaborate on timelines and deliverables to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain documentation of quality and technical issues.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling and file management.
   

Your Profile:

• Highly detail-oriented and focused.
• Patient and responsible with excellent time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in English; Czech language is not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
