The Stars Improvement Consultant/ Senior Program Delivery Professional strategically identifies, develops, and implements programs that influence providers, members or market leadership to improve quality metrics. You will report to the Manager, Stars Improvement.

As the Stars Improvement Consultant / Senior Program Delivery Professional you will

• Develop programs designed to drive value-based relationships.

• Partner with leaders regarding implementation planning.

• Review and communicate results of programs.

• Make recommendations based on reporting and measure performance

• Support key functions with strategic and analytical thinking

• Experience with a clinical setting to advance provider-first strategies, influence member interventions, and identify new opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Live in the Miami, FL area

• Bachelor's degree

• 3 or more years of experience working with managed care organizations, Medicare, or Medicaid

• 2 or more years of experience demonstrated involvement in quality improvement, Stars program or HEDIS

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office -Word, Excel-pivot tables, formulas, charts, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Campaign management experience

• Registered Nurse

• Microsoft Access

• CMS Stars Program experience

• Knowledge and experience in health care environment/managed care

• Strong analytical skills

• Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

 

$86,300 - $118,700 per year

 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
