Your Role
 

As a Finance Trainee at Alleima, you will for 18 months:

• Rotate through various roles in Finance and by that gain practical experience and knowledge about different financial processes in Alleima.

• Engage in structured training modules, mentorship sessions, workshops, and progress assessments.

• Develop skills and knowledge to support financial performance and strategic decision-making.

The base for the program will be in Sandviken, with the possibility of rotations in Stockholm, Hallstahammar or at one of our locations globally. After 18 months you will have had three rotations and we expect you to be able to strengthen one of the finance teams in the organisation.

About You
 

You have completed a bachelor's or master’s degree in business and economics or similar and possess a few years of work experience. You are self-motivated, curious and open to challenges.

You are passionate about model development, system competence, and digitalization within finance. Effective communication skills in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing, are essential for this role.
