Together with the VP of Investor relations will be responsible for addressing investor and other key stakeholder questions and concerns while working closely with executive management to ensure proper and consistent messaging. The Investor Relations Associate needs to have a good understanding of all aspects of the company along with good communications skills. Investor Relations Associate Responsibilities ·       Coordinates participation in investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, sell-side-sponsored meetings, and one-on-one investor meetings·       Assists with the preparation of earnings materials including earnings press release, earnings slide deck, and prepared remarks ·       Provides support to the Investor Relations Team·       Assists with handling the public side of any financial crisis Minimum Requirements·       Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Economics·       2-4+ years related experience·       Experience with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Reporting Preferred Qualifications·       Previous experience in energy is a plus Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities·       Clear understanding of company finances·       Firm understanding on strategy and operations·       Great communication skills Working Conditions·       Open-office environment Physical Requirements·       Work from a computer workstation 8+ hours/day BenefitsSunnova offers a generous employee reward package that includes:·       Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, healthcare flexible spending account, and 401(k) with employer match.·       Competitive compensation & annual bonus·       Paid time off, including 10 holidays and Paid Parental Leave·       Cell phone allowance for many roles·       Free access to onsite fitness center in Houston and/or discounted fitness memberships through health provider·       Complimentary garage parking in Houston
