You will play a critical role in the Integrated Training Systems Installation and Sustainment (ITSIS) support contract for the U.S. Navy, contributing directly to the readiness of our fleet.

What You Will Do
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end performance of assigned field and/or task-level projects. This includes managing the technical, contractual, administrative, and financial aspects. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising project personnel, effectively organizing and assigning responsibilities.
- Ensuring the successful completion of all assigned tasks, on time and within budget.
- Serving as the primary point of contact with customers, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and maintaining strong working relationships.
- Exercising independent judgment and advanced analytical skills to resolve complex technical, administrative, and managerial challenges.
What You Must Have
- Active Secret Clearance.
- A minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in project management, encompassing engineering, risk management, financial management, planning, and oversight of task progress.
- Four (4) or more years of specialized experience in each of the following areas:
- Demonstrated experience managing projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
- Proven ability to lead personnel effectively through all phases of a project lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Department of the Navy and/or Department of Defense programs.
- Demonstrated experience supporting US Navy shipboard and shore-based installation programs.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment to solve non-routine technical, administrative, and managerial problems.
- Two (2) or more years of progressive management responsibility in a supervisory role.
- A Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or another related scientific or technical field.
- Relevant experience within DoD programs may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
- 4 years of relevant progressive experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, OR 2 years of relevant progressive experience with a Master's degree in a related field, OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years of relevant progressive experience.
Bonus Points For...
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Experience with Battle Force Tactical Trainer (BFTT) systems.
Physical Requirements
May be required to visit job site in an industrial or shipboard environment. Normally not required to lift more than 40 pounds higher than three feet above feet/floor level.
