About the job
Development of individual business plans for accounts, addressing opportunities for organic growth by development.
Conduct Business Review meetings with each independent retailer, setting launch and annual sales targets to further develop the account to meet sales goals.
Directs accounts to order product via B2B, replenish and stock display enhancements, materials, collateral and other point of purchase display and support, according to marketing and sales programs
Per account, ensure that the brand is properly positioned, displays and cases are in good condition lighting in place to accentuate product, display fixtures are merchandised within assigned product assortment according to visual standards along with shop guidelines, maximizing sell-through.
Ensures that Corporate Sales & Product training is implemented at the store level; Assess instore personnel skills and makes recommendations for development opportunities via eLearning.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
Bachelors degree
Minimum 3 - 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
Experience in Retail
Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
