Formula for Success

 

 

Leveraging your education in Chemistry, Engineering, or Material Science, along with your relevant industry experience in water-based printing inks, adhesives, and/or construction coatings.

 

Providing technical, application, and formulation support for new and existing products to achieve sales targets.

 

Offering sales tools, support, and training to the Account Management team and customers.

Planning, organizing, developing, and performing customer lab projects.

Presenting results to customers in formal written reports and presentations.

Providing direct customer support for Technical and Sales Account Managers when in-depth product support is needed.

Driving Additives pipeline and facilitating sales growth in above markets, working across ED SBUs to ensure alignment.

Obtain a clear understanding of our customers' requirements and problems.

 

Propose solutions/new products to solve those problems.

 

Participate in cross-functional global teams to develop new products and share best practices.

 

Support Marketing, Sales, and Account Managers by providing product, customer, market, and industry information.

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in chemistry or engineering.

 

Possessing five years of relevant industry experience in formulating coatings in construction applications or inks in water-based printing applications.
