Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Clearance Required: US Citizen & Public Trust
Work Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of projects, leading teams on large projects or significant segments of complex projects.
- Analyze new and complex project-related problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Provide applications systems analysis and develop long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business objectives and customer needs.
- Drive continuous improvement in project processes and methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Associate's degree or equivalent years of work experience
Experience/Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical product management or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large projects or significant project segments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in software development or technology industry.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management principles.
Certification(s):
- Certification in project management or product management (e.g., PMP, Certified Scrum Product Owner).
Salary and Benefit Information:
The likely salary range for this position is $90,000- $123,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range.
