Step into a pivotal role within BCPM

As a Risk Partner in BCPM, you will be a trusted ally, assessing and managing key operational and regulatory risks and controls. You will enhance the advisory framework for our Business Customers group, a vital part of the bank’s success. Your expertise will adeptly navigate business risks to maximise benefits, enabling sound business decisions.

Join a Diverse and Dynamic Team

Join a team of 12 skilled professionals delivering insightful risk analysis and advice to the front-line staff of our Business Customer units, including advisers and customer support. With varied levels of seniority, backgrounds, and nationalities, the team is mainly based in Copenhagen, with colleagues in Stockholm and Ireland. You will have ample opportunities to learn and engage with colleagues at all levels.

Drive Strategic Risk Management in BC Banking

Contribute to the BC Banking team’s strategy to provide high-quality risk advice by building close relationships and being a reliable advisor. As a valued consultant, you will take proactive steps to identify and reduce risks.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Providing hands-on risk advice on operational breakdowns
• Increasing risk awareness through training front-line colleagues
• Identifying, assessing, and managing operational risks on strategic initiatives
• Project managing risk-related processes for high-quality governance
• Offering the business oversight of its risks through transparent reporting

Cultivate an Analytical and Investigative Perspective to Flourish

To effectively perform your role, you should have an analytical and structured mindset, enjoy engaging directly with colleagues to provide advice or present risks, and be proficient in stakeholder management. We seek a proactive, honest, and curious individual with high integrity who can independently manage tasks while fostering collaborative relationships.

You should possess:

• A master’s degree in economics, business administration, or finance or
• Experience in banking, finance, consultancy, or risk is a plus
• Written and oral fluency in English
• The ability to work from central Copenhagen or Stockholm
