We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Lead who thrives in a fast-moving startup and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

As our first dedicated marketing hire, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape our brand’s voice, drive strategy, and establish our presence in the B2B semiconductor space. You’ll be the mastermind behind our marketing operations, working closely with the stakeholders and external partners to position Tropic Square as a game-changer in the industry.

👉 What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute a marketing strategy to position Tropic Square as a leader in secure, open-source semiconductor solutions

• Drive brand awareness and define Tropic Square’s unique value proposition

• Build and lead the marketing team, hiring key roles to scale our marketing efforts

• Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies, PR firms, and industry collaborators

• Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns, focusing on lead generation and community engagement

• Oversee content strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms

• Collaborate with the CEO and the key stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals

• Experience: Proven track record in marketing, ideally in the B2B sector

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company objectives

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English

• Technical Awareness: Familiarity with the semiconductor industry is a big plus
