We are now looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to provide HR support to the Real-Estate (Facilities) organization in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This is a global organization, and we are looking for someone to be passionate about supporting and building strategies to enable NVIDIA to achieve success. Partner with a cross-functional group of subject matter experts to design and execute strategies for how we staff, onboard, develop, empower, motivate, retain and prioritize work.

What you'll be doing:

As the Sr. HR Business Partner, you will:

  • Work with the senior leaders and leadership teams to develop and implement the HR strategies that champion organizational and people effectiveness.

  • Think strategically as well as roll up your sleeves and dive deep into practical application

  • Serve as a liaison between the business and the central corporate teams 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing detailed, practical, and valuable support, such as:

  • Work with assigned business and senior management teams to understand business strategies, diagnose current organization performance, and develop/implement plans to build needed organization capabilities and support ambitious growth.

  • Engage in organizational design and workforce planning.

  • Serve as an advisor and coach on diverse people issues.

  • Coach and advise managers

  • Lead HR metrics and analytics, including trends, tracking specific HR objectives. 

  • Lead complex employee relation issues

  • Lead and mentor leaders through the performance improvement process

  • Provide support on activities such as mobility, hiring, engagement, and retention

  • Support the rollout of our annual performance and compensation review process, providing insights and analysis of manager decisions

  • Provide compensation support, including salary planning, approval of salary actions, relocations, promotions, and job leveling.

What we need to see:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related field or business or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years Human Resources client-facing or relevant experience

  • Strong analytical skills with emphasis on HR data

  • Adept in Microsoft Office and Workday /HRIS systems, with advanced knowledge of Excel

  • Strong business insight with a keen ability to quickly assimilate new information

  • Knowledge and experience in compensation strategies and practices

  • Knowledge in organization assessment, planning, and development; experience with change management a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to establish trust, fairness, and credibility with employees, managers, and other partners in a multicultural environment

  • Ability to confidently express an opinion with thoughtful data and analysis that help make business decisions

  • Experience conducting group facilitation and supporting training program rollouts

  • Excellent program and project management skills

  • A great teammate and ability to thrive in a matrixed environment

The base salary range is 108,000 USD - 2
