Event Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a passionate Event Customer Service Representative to join our team and help elevate the customer experience at our local events. Working closely with our Event Coordinators, you will play a key role in increasing the availability and awareness of our clients' products through pre-planned, engaging events. Our company is deeply customer-focused, and our goal is to create positive, memorable brand experiences at every event.

As the Event Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the brand experience by interacting professionally with customers, ensuring they leave with a lasting, positive impression.

Core Responsibilities:

• Represent the brand as the voice and face at local events.
• Complete training on each brand and product line to effectively answer customer inquiries and provide in-depth knowledge.
• Provide product demonstrations, samples, and promotional materials to interested customers.
• Assist customers in completing order or registration forms during the event.
• Maintain a solid understanding of product pricing and provide accurate quotes for product packages.
• Keep detailed records of event traffic, common customer questions, and any challenges faced to help improve overall customer service.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills; prior experience in direct customer service at events is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within the Event Team.
• Professional, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor when interacting with customers and team members.
• Flexible availability to work evening and weekend events as required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while staying calm under pressure.
