The Service Technician/Warehouse Assistant is a position responsible for the delivery, set up, pick up and troubleshooting of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) as well as, helping maintain the cleanliness of DME.
Job Duties
Deliver and install Medical Equipment in a safe and timely manner.
Safe operation of a company-owned 16’ Box Truck.
Instructing patients, family members, and caregivers on equipment functions while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Minor repair and equipment troubleshooting while in the field and in the warehouse.
Assists with daily cleaning of returned DME from the field.
Thorough and accurate completion of all orders on a proprietary web-based inventory management system.
Shift Information
Service Technician/Warehouse Assistant candidates must be willing/able to work overtime hours, as well as be available for rotating On-Call shifts, which include Weekends and Evenings.
Shifts may comprise of working primarily in a warehouse environment and occasionally work in the field to assist with heavy delivery/service/pick-up order volume or to help fill in shifts when staff is shorthanded.
Company vehicles are equipped with onboard dash cameras (frontward facing and in-cabin) for safety purposes.

QualificationsJob Requirements
High School Degree or G.E.D.
Candidates must at least 21 years of age and have possessed a Driver’s License for a minimum of 5 years
2+ years of Delivery and/or Healthcare experience preferred.
Ability to lift an average of 50 pounds and perform strenuous work.
Basic phone/computer skills.
Ability to receive and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Card.
All candidates must possess a clean driving record and criminal background. Candidates will also be subject to a pre-employment drug screen to be considered for the position.
