Job Summary 

We are seeking an Agent Sales to deliver outstanding customer support to our insurance agents and marketers. Agent Sales acts as a proactive intermediary between insurance agents, our organization, and insurance providers, foreseeing potential issues and offering solutions to possible challenges. The ideal candidate should be forward-thinking, empathetic, and possess excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Primary Responsibilities

• Exhibits a dedication to continuous learning and improvement.

• Acts as a liaison between insurance agents and providers, fostering relationships and ensuring agent satisfaction.

• Delivers high levels of service, accurate responses, and effective communication at all times.

• Aids in resolving agent issues and concerns, involving leadership when necessary.

• Guides insurance agents through processes for contracting, certification, provider portals, and more.

• Resolves issues independently aiming for first call resolution whenever possible.

• Maintains thorough documentation and records.

• Ensures prompt response to agent calls, communicating with the team and leadership if unable to meet deadlines.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
