You’ll be both a technical reference and a conductor, orchestrating internal stakeholders to ensure scalable, reliable, and maintainable integrations.</p><p>You’ll also help lay the foundation for how Solutions Engineering operates at Diffusely designing playbooks, building documentation, and scaling onboarding processes from the ground up.<br/><br/><strong>What you'll do:</strong><br/></p><ul> <li dir="ltr"><strong>Lead strategic client integrations</strong> from discovery to deployment, acting as the main technical point of contact and ensuring successful onboarding.<br/><br/></li> <li dir="ltr"><strong>Design and implement tailored workflows</strong> and integrations on our SaaS platform, with hands-on work in Python and scripting.<br/><br/></li> <li dir="ltr"><strong>Provide technical guidance</strong> throughout the implementation phases to help clients quickly deploy and adopt CarCutter.<br/><br/></li> <li dir="ltr"><strong>Manage a high operational workload</strong>, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining high delivery standards.<br/><br/></li> <li dir="ltr"><strong>Troubleshoot complex issues</strong> and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure smooth delivery.<br/><br/></li> <li dir="ltr"><strong>Identify recurring client needs</strong> that require custom solutions, and collaborate with the Product team to turn them into scalable features.<br/><br/></li> <li dir="ltr"><strong>Bring structure, synchronization and scalability</strong> to our processes, contributing to documentation, internal tooling, and knowledge sharing.<br/><br/></li> <li dir="ltr"><strong>Help build and shape the Solutions Engineering function</strong>, setting the foundations as one of the team’s first senior members.<br/></li> </ul><h5></h5><h5>What we are looking for:<br/></h5><ul> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>5+ years</strong> of experience as a <strong>Implementation Specialist</strong>,  <strong>Technical Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Architect</strong>, ideally in a <strong>B2B SaaS</strong> environment.<br/></p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong proficiency in <strong>Python</strong>, API integrations (REST, GraphQL), and scripting on <strong>Linux systems</strong>.<br/></p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Solid experience in <strong>project management</strong>, with a track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects to completion.<br/></p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>A growth mindset</strong>, you’re excited to build processes and best practices from scratch.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Hands-on and proactive</strong>, you’re just as comfortable writing code as you are jumping on a client call or structuring documentation.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Excellent <strong>client-facing skills</strong>, able to explain complex topics clearly, manage expectations, and build trust.<br/></p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You’re highly adaptable and comfortable in a rapidly changing business and industry.<br/></p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).</p></li> </ul><h5></h5><h5><strong>Hiring process:</strong></h5><ul> <li>A first call with our Talent Acquisition team.</li> <li>A technical video interview with the team members</li> <li>An on-site interview with our Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Product</li> </ul><p>Ready to build, scale, and lead?
