Maintenance Associate (10AM-6PM)

In this vital role, you will oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of our store facilities during peak hours, ensuring an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance checks and repairs on various store facilities and equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the store's interior and exterior, including parking areas, entrances, and restrooms.
• Address maintenance requests from staff swiftly and efficiently.
• Assist with minor plumbing, and carpentry tasks as required.
• Conduct safety inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and assist with procurement as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and health regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is beneficial.
• Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with team members and management.
• Availability to work the specified hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
